Public liability insurance (5 Million +)
Food hygiene rating (food traders)
Risk assessment
Gas safety certificate (if using LPG)
Fire extinguisher

Is power available?
No. A generator will be required. If you are beinging one please tell us on your application
Can I trade on one day only?
We prefer the same traders on both days.
What's the ground like?
The festival is on grass, so bring weights, pegs, straps for your gazebo and boards if you need a level surface. Keep an eye on the weather in the run-up.
Can I park my vehicle behind my pitch?
Some pitches have availibility for parking. Some don't however we have onsite parking for traders.
